Teamwork, then this career opportunity is for you!! Safety Sensitive Position Job Description Responsibilities: Set up safe work zones with proper equipment. Communicate with your crew to keep everyone safe. Control traffic flow. Provide outstanding service and protection to customers. Receive continuous development and guidance. Protect the company’s employees, customers, and assets against losses, injuries, and accidents through enforcement of safe work practices. Develop relationships with internal and external customers to achieve goals and new business opportunities. Become a subject matter expert in work zone setup/design and professional flagging. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous experience in an outdoor labor setting, i.e., Traffic Control, Landscaping, Manufacturing, Construction, Utilities, Military, or Skilled Operator 2+ Years Traffic Control Experience / ATSSA Certificate TMA Driver TCS Certification Preferred Familiarity with a client-based schedule Valid state driver's license Steel Toed or Composite Toed Boots Comfortable standing 8-12 hours a day Ability to lift 50-60 lbs. Accustomed to working in all types of weather, and in traffic. Must be able to pass pre-employment screening including a drug test.
