DIRECTOR OF DINING SERVICES I

Culinary Services Group is hiring immediately for a Director of Dining Services I position. Location: Greenville, FL 32331 Schedule: M-F, ALT Weekends / Holidays Requirement: Healtchare Managment Experience Pay Range: $80,000 to $85,000 per year Culinary Services Group (CSG) is a top 50, fast-growing food service management company serving senior care, hospital, and behavioral health communities. Your expertise in food service operations, quality assurance, team development, and financial performance will be essential to driving success. Job Summary Job Summary: Working as a Director of Dining Services, you are responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations for a dining account. You will manage and lead a team of associates. You will be responsible for managing client relations, along with ensuring that the food offered to the customers is of superior quality. Additionally, you will be responsible for the following: Key Responsibilities: Maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests and client as well as other departments Work with the Chef and management team in creating menus and providing top quality food Oversee all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account Roll out new culinary programs Preferred Qualifications: BS, Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred Three to five years of foodservice operation experience High volume production and catering experience is essential Previous experience managing a budget Desire to learn and grow with a top notch foodservice company We are looking for someone with a proven ability to lead kitchen teams, maintain high food quality standards, and build strong working relationships with clients and team members.
