FUNCIONES Y RESPONSABILIDADES ESENCIALES incluyen, pero no se limitan a lo siguiente:
Cumple con las normas y procedimientos de seguridad establecidos para este puesto.
Siempre usa el equipo de protección personal (EPP) adecuado y sigue las directrices relacionadas con su uso.
No opera ningún equipo, maquinaria o herramienta sin haber recibido la capacitación correspondiente.
Sigue el plan de producción/lote conforme al plan de producción diario.
Utiliza herramientas manuales eléctricas pesadas, incluyendo el martillo neumático.
Coloca y mueve aros de acero según instrucciones y según sea necesario.
Informa de inmediato al equipo de mantenimiento sobre fallas o mal funcionamiento de los equipos.
Sigue el proceso de fabricación de acuerdo con la línea de producción (tuberías o cajas).
Asiste en tareas de acabado de concreto, como la reparación y el parcheo de tuberías y cajas de concreto, cuando sea necesario.
Realiza otras tareas asignadas por el Líder de Departamento, Supervisor, Gerente o algún miembro del Equipo de Administración.
EDUCACIÓN
Se prefiere diploma de escuela secundaria o GED.
EXPERIENCIA
Se desea experiencia en construcción o manufactura, pero no es requerida.
