Registered Nurse - ICU

Job Description

Job Summary:
Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting. Ensure patient safety, monitor vital signs, and implement care plans in accordance with medical directives.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
  • Monitor telemetry and respond promptly to changes in patient status.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team to coordinate patient care.
  • Document patient information thoroughly and accurately.
  • Comply with all regulatory requirements and facility policies.
Qualifications:
  • Current Colorado RN license required.
  • Minimum of two years' relevant experience in critical care nursing preferred.
  • Telemetry experience preferred.
  • BLS certification required upon hire.
  • ACLS certification required within 3 months of employment.
  • PALS or ENPC certification required within 6 months if applicable.
