CNC MachinistMachine shop located in Lafayette LA.What's in it for you?Elwood Staffing associates are eligible for a comprehensive and competitive benefits package plus an exclusive savings program, including:Medical/Vision/Dental/Rx plansHoliday PayTeladoc (online care)Referral Bonus IncentiveWeekly Pay401kAnd More!CNC Machinist Details:Temp-to-Hire position$ 28.00 / hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)Experience operating CNC Haas lathe machines.Experience with Haas ST-35LY with live tooling, including milling and turning capabilities, preferred.CNC Machinist Qualifications:CNC machining experienceStrong troubleshooting/problem-solving skillsAbility to read and interpret blueprintsComfortable working with tight tolerancesExperience using various calipers and precision measuring toolsExperience with milling and turningExperience with ST-35LY with live tooling is preferredCNC programming experience is a plus, but not requiredApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
