Job Description The Project Manager position in the water and wastewater system integration industry is a technical role that involves leading and managing technically complex projects and teams that provide designs for electrical equipment and instrumentation with advanced process automation and controls. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing multidiscipline project teams, ensuring effective collaboration across various technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding the technical scope and schedule of projects, guiding them through the process from initial requirements gathering and design approval to final implementation. Coordinate multi-disciplined schedules for the project teams. Update and track project deliverables. Monitor and update on project procurement activities or status. Required Education And Experience Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.: A field of study in Information Technology, Computer Science, Construction Management, Civil or Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Degrees in Management Information Systems (MIS), Systems Engineering, or other technical fields will be considered. 5+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years focused on system integration projects. Technical Experience Familiarity with system integration concepts, methodologies, and technologies. Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Monday.com). Desired Skills And Knowledge Proficiency in creating and managing project schedules, budgets, and resources. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, and software systems. Ability to understand technical documentation and communicate technical information clearly. Proficiency with productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). Knowledge of collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, SharePoint). Certificates, Licenses, Registrations A valid California Driver’s License Project Management Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), CAPM are preferred but not required.
