Leading Ethena's product organization remotely, the full-time Head of Product will mentor a small team of Product Managers while taking direct ownership of Ethena Pay, a revolutionary neobanking app built on crypto-native infrastructure, defining its vision and success metrics. Key responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of two Product Managers, establishing standards for process, prioritization, and quality across products Directly own the Ethena Pay product, defining its vision, roadmap, and success metrics while managing the product budget Develop and implement a lightweight product operating system, including discovery, prioritization, and compliance processes Required qualifications Proven experience managing products with over 100K monthly active users Experience mentoring or leading Product Managers in a lean or high-growth environment Hands-on experience in leading and shipping payments or banking products Strong understanding of consumer fintech products and user behavior Ability to operate effectively as a peer to founders and communicate clearly in both written and verbal formats Virtual Vocations Inc
