Front Desk Associate

Front Desk Associate Responsibilities Operate a switchboard telephone system, routing phone calls to the proper departments. Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner to minimize the amount of time customers spend on hold. Provide basic information to callers who have general inquiries while providing excellent customer service. Be friendly, professional, courteous, and efficient when working with all customers and teammates. Work with department managers on a daily basis. Other administrative duties as assigned, including office work and data entry. Front Desk Associate Requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Organizational skills. Experience using Microsoft Office suite. Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors, and employees while multitasking.
