Associate Director, Clinical Scientist, Hematology

Regeneron seeks an Associate Director of Clinical Sciences to lead hematology and oncology clinical study design, execution, and scientific interpretation across early and late-phase development. The role involves cross-functional collaboration, protocol authorship, regulatory engagement, and mentoring clinical scientists within a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical science strategy for programs and serve as Lead Clinical Scientist
• Design and deliver clinical studies partnering with Medical Directors
• Author or review protocols, amendments, study reports, and informed consents
• Present at steering committees, regulatory meetings, and investigator meetings
• Manage and mentor clinical scientists; promote consistent data review practices across studies

Requirements

• Advanced degree in life science or healthcare (PhD, MD, PharmD, or MSc)
• 10+ years pharmaceutical clinical drug development experience
• Basic knowledge of oncology or hematology (flexibility based on overall experience)
• Demonstrated leadership in global clinical trials and program execution
• Proficiency in Good Clinical Practice, study design, and clinical research methodology
• Strong medical writing and cross-functional communication skills

Compensation: $176,100–$287,300 annually
