Leading the delivery of ServiceNow implementation and enhancement projects, the full-time ServiceNow Engagement Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project scope and timelines, and ensure alignment with business objectives while working remotely. Key responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of ServiceNow projects Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage project scope, budget, and risks Facilitate project governance activities and maintain effective communication with stakeholders Required qualifications Strong leadership and organizational skills with experience managing multiple projects Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies Understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and implementation lifecycle Excellent stakeholder management skills with a customer-focused mindset
