Facilities Coordinator

Maintenance CoordinatorIn this role you will be:Coordinate and monitor maintenance and repair activities for buildings, equipment, and grounds.Schedule and supervise preventative maintenance, inspections, and emergency repairs.Liaise with contractors and service providers to ensure timely and quality delivery of services.Maintain records of maintenance schedules, work orders, warranties, and vendor contracts.Assist in budgeting and procurement of maintenance supplies and equipment.Ensure compliance with all applicable safety, health, and environmental regulations.Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.Manage access control systems, keys, and security protocols.Support space planning and office moves as needed.Collaborate with the Facilities Manager on projects including renovations, upgrades, and sustainability initiatives.Respond to facility-related emergencies and coordinate resolution efforts.Other duties may be assigned.Qualifications:Education: High school diploma or equivalent requiredExperience: 2 years prior secretarial experience in an office settingLicensure/Certification: N/AEqual Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
