This individual will join a fast-moving team responsible for enabling enterprise-scale agentic workflows. This person will be looking at use cases for the broader landscape of the enterprise and how to create agents that are increasing efficiencies and impacting the enterprise as a whole. This engineer is expected to operate in two focus areas:\n•\tContext Engineering:\n•\tDesigning how agents consume internal documentation and systems\n•\tHandling messy, duplicated, or outdated documentation and determining validity\n•\tOptimizing token usage and context size for agents used at scale\n•\tGovernance & Infrastructure:\n•\tDefining rules for agent to agent and agent to user interactions\n•\tDesigning hosting, access, and lifecycle patterns for enterprise agents\n•\tSupporting registries, gateways, and guardrails that allow agents to scale safely\n\nCompensation:\n$45/hr to $50/hr.\nExact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.\nEmployees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of\nemployment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance.
