NICU Registered Nurse – Travel assignment in Los Angeles, CA. Start 06/08/2026 for 13 weeks. Schedule: 3x12-hour days (7:00–19:30). Weekly pay: $1,595–$1,708. Setting: Home Healthcare - Hospice. This is a travel - temporary assignment.

Responsibilities
- Provide NICU-level nursing care to neonatal patients within a home healthcare - hospice environment, following physician orders and individualized care plans.
- Monitor vital signs, input/output, and clinical status; manage airway support and respond to changes in patient condition per NICU standards.
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and other prescribed treatments; monitor for adverse effects and document responses.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (physicians, case managers, social workers) to coordinate ongoing care, equipment needs, and family education.
- Educate and support families and caregivers on infant care, feeding, safety, and recognizing warning signs requiring medical attention.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements and agency policies; uphold infection control and patient safety protocols.
- Prepare for potential neonatal emergencies using NICU guidelines and participate in debriefs and after-action reviews as appropriate.

Requirements
- California RN license (active)
- CPR/BLS certification (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQIBLS)
- NRP certification required
- Hospital Fire and Life Safety (HLFS) certification required
- Ability to work in a home healthcare - hospice setting on a travel assignment
