CLIENT SUPPORT ASSOCIATE
About A & L:
- In Business 50 Years.
- Over 4,000 Active Clients.
- 38,000 plus Service Calls per year.
- Servicing Commercial and Residential Clients.
- Servicing all Municipal, State, and Federal Agencies.
About the Position:
- Full-time: M - F.
- Location: On-site: Office (37-30 Review Ave., Suite 205, LIC, NY 11101).
- Hours: 8 A - 5 P.
- Schedule service requests and assist clients with service and account questions.
- Note and update customer records.
- Scanning, filing, shredding.
- Starting Salary: $18-$20 Hourly.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency: Word Processing.
- Familiarity: MS Office Suite of Products.
- Positive, helpful, and professional demeanor.
- Excellent verbal / communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
