Bilingual HR Specialist

Our construction client in South Houston is seeking a Bilingual HR Specialist to join their team! Responsibilities: Assist with onboarding and new hire orientations Support employee performance review processes Help maintain employee records and HR documentation Provide light payroll and benefits administration support Assist with timekeeping and timesheet review Coordinate employee travel and lodging arrangements when needed Respond to employee HR-related questions and provide administrative support Partner with operations and management to support workforce needs Help ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures Qualifications: 3–5 years of HR experience preferred Experience is valued over degree requirements Prior experience supporting onboarding, payroll, or employee relations preferred Experience in a fast‑paced or multi‑site environment is a plus Strong communication and organizational skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Hunter Sage
