CHA- Shuttle Driver Part-time

OverviewPosition includes hourly rate+tipsWeekends (Saturday & Sunday)The Shuttle Driver is responsible for providing a friendly, courteous and prompt service to customers desiring transportation to and from the Airport and the parking lots.Key ResponsibilitiesAt the beginning of the shift, inspect the assigned shuttle according to the shuttle check list. Check for damage, all equipment working, fuel, cleanliness, fluids, general safety, etc.Follow the assigned route and make each and every stop at the appropriate location.Operate wheelchair lift when needed.Follow all radio usage procedures.Greet each customer in a friendly and professional manner.Assist customers with their baggage.Operate shuttle in a manner that complies with all applicable traffic laws.Refrain from initiating and engaging in conversations with passengers that may be interpreted as demeaning, confrontational, or abusive in nature.Do no perform any passenger pickups or drop offs outside of the airport property or that is not on the assigned route.Drivers will limit their interaction with customers off the premises of the Airport to common courtesies.Maintain a professional appearance.
