Commercial Electrical Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple projects from inception to final project closeout.
• Engage in all aspects of the project including design, estimating, scheduling, and ensuring safety and quality.
• Create an efficient work environment for our technicians through proactive communication and planning.
• Monitor field technicians to ensure instructions are followed, deadlines are met, and schedules are maintained.
• Communicate effectively with project Owners and Owners’ Representatives.
• Organize and procure materials and equipment for projects.
• Establish operating procedures and work standards that will ensure adequate performance and personnel safety.
• Attend staff meetings and company-wide meetings.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret common technical publications, financial reports, specifications, drawings and blueprints.
• Excellent customer-relations skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adjust to shifting priorities.
• Demonstrated proper phone and email etiquette, with an emphasis on responsiveness.
• Ability to lead and organize a job and employees.
• Previous Project Management experience in the field is required.
• Driver's License (Required).
• Must be able to pass a pre-hire drug screening test and background check.

Schedule

Full-time position with an 8-hour shift. Weekend work and overtime are available.
