Senior UX Researcher
Virtual Vocations Inc
To influence the future of a leading direct-to-consumer streaming product, the hybrid contract Senior UX Researcher will design and lead impactful studies across the customer lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams to evaluate product decisions and shape foundational initiatives. Key responsibilities Consult with cross-functional partners to identify research needs and select appropriate methodologies Design and conduct qualitative and quantitative research across the product lifecycle using various research methods Analyze research data to deliver actionable recommendations and communicate key insights through reports and memos Required qualifications 7+ years of experience in consumer product research or insights for subscription and/or mobile products Expertise in a wide range of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies Strong analytical skills, combining consumer research insights with behavioral data Proven ability to synthesize insights and deliver clear, actionable recommendations Passion for entertainment and media, with curiosity about culture and trends related to user experiences (preferred)
