Financial Planning Assistant Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 23.00 to $ 26.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

• Prepare and submit client service request
• Communicate with clients to gather information, provide updates, etc
• Maintain accurate client data
• Assist with scheduling, confirmations and meeting coordination

Financial Planning Assistant Qualifications:

• Experience in wealth management or financial planning firms
• 2-5 years experience in financial services or similar environment
• Experience supporting clients, accounts, or advisors
• Experience in a role involving structured workflows

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
