Schedule :

Full-Time: Monday through Thursday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Part-Time: Minimum of 1 day per week; schedule to be determined based on candidate availability and practice needs.

Job Summary :

We are seeking a compassionate and patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist to join a well-established private dental practice. The ideal candidate is passionate about preventive care, patient education, and creating a positive patient experience. This role offers the opportunity to work in a modern clinical environment with advanced technology while collaborating with a supportive and experienced dental team.

The practice serves patients of all ages, with a primary focus on adult patient care, and emphasizes personalized treatment, clinical excellence, and long-term oral health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform dental hygiene procedures in accordance with state regulations and best clinical practices.

Conduct periodontal assessments and chart periodontal conditions accurately.

Educate patients on oral hygiene, disease prevention, and ongoing dental care.

Assist in the prevention, diagnosis, and management of periodontal disease.

Collaborate with dentists to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Utilize modern dental technologies and equipment to enhance patient care.

Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.

Support practice operations by working collaboratively with the dental team to ensure an exceptional patient experience.

Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and infection control standards.

Qualifications :

Active Dental Hygienist license in good standing with the State Dental Board.


Previous dental hygiene experience with strong clinical skills and patient-focused care will be considered.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong patient education and relationship-building abilities.

Proficiency with dental software and electronic documentation systems.

Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
