Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Trust and Estate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in trust administration and estate planning, with the ability to provide comprehensive legal advice to clients regarding their estate and trust matters. This position involves working closely with clients to understand their needs and help them navigate complex legal issues related to trust and estate management.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and guidance on trust administration and estate planning matters.
• Draft and review wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents.
• Assist clients in the probate process and estate settlement.
• Work with financial advisors and other professionals to develop and implement effective estate plans.
• Represent clients in court proceedings related to trusts and estates as necessary.
• Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations regarding estate and trust administration.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the relevant state.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in trust and estate law.
• Strong understanding of trust administration and estate planning concepts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
