Are you a passionate hospitality leader ready to make your mark in a renowned, high-volume steakhouse? We’re looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager who thrives in a polished, guest-focused environment and is driven to deliver exceptional service every day.
What You’ll Do:- Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring a seamless guest experience
- Inspire, mentor, and develop a talented team dedicated to excellence
- Uphold the highest standards of service, safety, and hospitality
- Collaborate with the culinary team on seasonal offerings and guest experiences
- Create an engaging, professional, and welcoming atmosphere for both guests and team members
- 3–5+ years of management experience in upscale or fine-dining restaurants
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Proven ability to enhance guest satisfaction and maintain a high-performance culture
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
