Base Salary: Up to $80,000 | Full Benefits

We are a white-tablecloth steakhouse bringing the region's finest steak selection to one of the country's most competitive dining cities. This is a role for a hospitality leader who understands that exceptional service is not a detail — it is the product.

You Will:

• Lead front-of-house operations and hold the team to a high standard, every cover
• Drive guest experience, table management, and service consistency
• Develop and coach a polished, professional dining room team
• Partner with culinary leadership to deliver a seamless, elevated experience

You Bring:

• 3+ years in upscale or fine dining management
• A calm, commanding presence and sharp eye for service
• Genuine pride in the guest experience
