Speech-Language Pathologist (Elementary)

AnthroMed Education is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students at an elementary school in Shakopee, MN for the 20262027 school year. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative school team while receiving ongoing support from a clinician-led organization dedicated exclusively to serving schools.

Provide direct speech-language therapy services to elementary students

Complete evaluations and develop compliant, individualized IEPs

Participate in IEP meetings, progress monitoring, and problem-solving discussions

Serve as case manager for assigned students and maintain required documentation

Support a range of communication needs, including articulation, language, social communication, and ASD-related needs

Collaborate with teachers, families, and school support teams

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Active Minnesota SLP license (or eligibility for licensure)

PELSB Speech-Language Pathologist license (or eligibility to obtain)

Strong communication skills and cultural responsiveness

Ability to stay organized and effectively manage a full caseload

Competitive salary range of $60,000$75,000 based on experience
