As the Store Manager at Scrubs & Beyond, youare responsible foroverseeing all aspects ofstoreperformance. This includes ensuring everyteammemberis engaged and achieving key results while delivering a world-class guest experience. You will manage store operations such as scheduling, customer service, marketing, merchandising, inventory, financial reporting, and safety. In addition to operational management, you will lead, develop, and motivate your team,implementingstrategies to drive sales and meet business goals in a competitive marketplace. By collaborating with your leadership team, you will coach and cultivate a high-performingteam that consistently meets or exceedsexpectations.You will also play a key role in growing the company’s market share by selling to both groups andstorecustomers.
