Role Description The Store Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Frisco TX, responsible for leading daily store operations and fostering an engaging, customer-focused environment. This role oversees staffing, scheduling, and training, ensuring team members deliver excellent service and uphold Earthbound Trading Company’s brand standards. The Store Manager drives sales performance, analyzes store metrics, and implements merchandising and promotional strategies to meet and exceed targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing inventory, enforcing retail loss prevention procedures, and maintaining a clean, visually appealing store. The Store Manager also coaches and mentors team members, promotes open communication, and supports a positive, inclusive culture aligned with the company’s values. Qualifications Strong focus on Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a commitment to creating welcoming, engaging in-store experiences. Effective Communication skills for coaching team members, resolving guest concerns, and collaborating with company leadership. Proven Store Management experience, including staffing, scheduling, merchandising, and daily operational oversight. Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices and basic store security procedures. Experience in retail or specialty/lifestyle retail, preferably in leadership roles. Ability to motivate and develop diverse teams, support an inclusive environment, and lead by example. Comfort working in a fast-paced, hands-on setting, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
