Responsibilities - What you'll do

Examples of Work:

• Assist with collecting data for statistical reports to be used by the Home and governmental agencies
• Assist with the flow of clinical information to and from all departments in the Home
• Assist with retrieval of information and preparation of reports
• Respond to requests for clinical information, ensuring the highest level of confidentiality is maintained
• Initiate, maintain, audit, archive, and destruct medical records
• Assist with data entry into and maintenance of the electronic medical records
• Assist with oversight and coordination of health care professional visits
