Accounts Payable Specialist I

Responsibilities Administrative and accounting work assisting with the coordination of the accounts payable activities for the agency. Enter data into the agency's computer system and compiling invoices for approval. Enter accounts payable invoices for future payments. Ability to meet established deadlines and reporting requirements. Compliance with established financial policies and procedures. Ability to interact effectively with co-workers and department directors.
