What You'll Bring:

• 1-5 years of teaching experience in special education
• Valid LBS1 Teacher Certification and Professional Educator License (PEL)
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution

• Proven ability to implement effective academic and behavioral supports

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide targeted instruction for a caseload of approximately 20 students (mostly with Specific Learning Disabilities and Developmental Delays)
• Deliver push-in and pull-out supports, focusing on reading fluency, comprehension, and foundational math skills
• Implement and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with classroom teachers and staff to create a supportive environment
• Foster social-emotional growth and advocate for equitable learning opportunities
• Model the school’s high standards for character and academic excellence
