Experienced Commercial Fire Alarm Inspector

Job Description Job Description Job Responsibilities: Perform routine tests on fire alarm systems to verify their functionality, including testing battery backups, alarm signals, and communication systems Identify any potential fire code violations related to the fire alarm system and document them in reports. Maintain detailed inspection reports, including findings Keep informed about current fire safety codes and regulations to ensure inspections are conducted according to the latest standards. Required skills and qualifications: Knowledge of fire alarm system components, operation, and testing procedures Understanding of local, state, and national fire safety codes Strong attention to detail and ability to identify potential hazards Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with building owners and occupants Ability to climb ladders and access various areas of a building for inspections Basic electrical knowledge may be required depending on the role Full-Time dependent on skill set. Must be able to do repair work as well as inspections to be considered for a full time position. Must have commercial fire alarm experience with documentation. Job is located in Fort Pierce, FL
