Position Summary Performs routine MRI procedures, both scheduled and emergency, ensuring patient safety and adhering to departmental quality standards. Key Responsibilities Operate MRI equipment, selecting appropriate technical settings to accurately visualize anatomy. Assess patients’ physical and emotional needs, develop care plans, and explain procedures clearly. Create a supportive environment for patients and families, responding to individual needs. Evaluate exam requisitions, review patient data, and determine procedure appropriateness based on diagnosis. Qualifications & Skills Associate’s degree in Allied Health; Bachelor’s preferred. Current MRI license or ARRT certification and BLS certification required; MRI registry eligibility by ARRT must be achieved within 18 months of hire. #J-18808-Ljbffr
