A Snapshot of Your Day: The New Components Planner position is crucial for maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of Airfoil operations. By managing engineering schedules and considering personnel and production capabilities, the Planner ensures that projects are completed on time and align with the manufacturing schedule. This role is essential for optimizing engineering and production resources to align toward the end goal of meeting customer expectations.

How You'll Make an Impact:

• Develop and maintain detailed schedules based on production requirements.
• Adjust schedules as necessary to address changing demands and resource availability.
• Act as the primary liaison between Production and Engineering, identifying resource constraints and developing effective plans to meet requirements.
• Ensure the timely delivery of Manufacturing Engineering deliverables required by production.
• Collaborate with Production to update standard operation times and support continuous improvement in production processes.
• Analyze data to identify trends, efficiencies, and areas for improvement.
• Implement corrective actions to enhance Airfoil processes and outcomes.

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities:

What You Bring: Associate's degree in business, engineering, supply chain management, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in planning, scheduling, or a similar role, preferably within a manufacturing environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a knack for working collaboratively across diverse departments. Proficiency in production planning software, ERP systems, MS Office, and an understanding of material masters, planning tools, and Bill of Materials. Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
