Sewer Underground Laborer Location: Eugene Pay: $20-$22 per hour based on experience Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 4:00 pmJoin Our TeamAt Reynolds Electric, Plumbing, Heating and Air, our sewer underground team helps homeowners solve some of their most challenging underground plumbing problems.Every day is different. You'll help prepare job sites, operate tools and equipment, support excavation activities, and ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.This is a physically active role that requires a strong work ethic, attention to safety, and a willingness to learn new skills every day.What You'll Be Responsible ForAssist the sewer underground team with sewer repair and replacement projectsHelp prepare, maintain, and clean job sites before, during, and after work is completedLoad, unload, and organize tools, materials, and equipmentSupport excavation and backfilling activities while following safety proceduresOperate hand tools and equipment under the direction of experienced team membersMaintain vehicles, equipment, and work areas in a clean and professional conditionCommunicate professionally with customers and team membersFollow company policies, procedures, and safety standards alwaysAssist with material handling and project setup to keep jobs moving efficientlyTake ownership of assigned tasks and contribute to team success overallWhat Success Looks LikeJob sites are organized, safe, and productiveTechnicians receive the support they need to complete projects efficientlyEquipment and materials are prepared and available when neededCustomers experience professional and respectful serviceSafety procedures are consistently followedYou continue developing new skills and take on increasing responsibilitiesWhat We're Looking ForConstruction, labor, landscaping, utility, plumbing, or related experience preferred but not requiredStrong work ethic and willingness to learn a skilled tradeAbility to work outdoors in various weather conditionsAbility to safely lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding workPositive attitude and team-oriented mindsetStrong attendance, reliability, and personal accountabilityAbility to follow directions and work safely around equipment and excavation sitesValid driver's license with an acceptable driving recordOpen to coaching, feedback, and continuous improvementAbout ReynoldsWith nearly 65 years of serving our community, Reynolds Electric, Plumbing, Heating and Air is built on quality, integrity, and accountability.We operate as a high-performing service organization where teamwork, communication, and continuous improvement drive everything we do.
