• Location: Brookhaven, GA (On-site Only)
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Full-Time, 45min unpaid lunch)
• Pay range: $18 – 20/hr.

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented, Recruiting Assistant to support Senior Recruiters in candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination. This role requires strong communication skills, speed in execution, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Senior Recruiters to identify and source qualified candidates
• Conduct resume searches using internal databases and external platforms
• Perform initial phone screenings and conduct at least 10 phone screening interviews per day.
• Accurately maintain and update candidate records in the database
• Organize candidate documentation and track recruiting activity
• Provide administrative and operational support to the recruiting team
• Other assinged tasks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor degree
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, front-desk, call center, or other public-facing roles in the corporate setting is required
• Japanese/English or Korean/English bilingual is plus, but not required
• Professional-level English communication (speaking, reading, writing)
• Experience working with East Asian and/or international business cultures.
• Ability to handle high-volume outreach, including multiple daily phone calls
• Strong attention to detail and organizational discipline
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, climb stairs, use hands to handle or feel paperwork and interact with a computer, talk and hear. You may also be required to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and peripheral vision.
