Title: Accounting & Operations Specialist Location: Atlanta, GA - This position begins part‑time (24 hours/week). A growing product‑based company is seeking an Accounting & Operations Specialist to support day‑to‑day financial execution and operational coordination. This role is ideal for someone detail‑oriented, trustworthy with numbers, and excited to grow with a fast‑moving business. What You’ll Do Accounting (Primary Focus) Manage purchase orders, invoicing, and reporting Maintain accurate financial data in QuickBooks Online Perform high‑accuracy numerical work where precision is critical Use Excel for data analysis, V‑lookups, and pivot tables Operations (Trainable) Coordinate logistics from PO creation through final shipment Communicate with international factories (primarily in Asia) Track production timelines and ensure on‑time delivery Support compliance tasks, including factory audits What Makes You a Great Fit Working knowledge of QuickBooks Online Experience with POs and invoicing is a plus Clear, professional communication with clients and vendors Highly trustworthy, organized, and a collaborative team player Operations or supply‑chain exposure is helpful but not required Flexible hours to support communication with Asian factories and West Coast customers #J-18808-Ljbffr Aprio Talent Solutions
