Clinical Counselor Department: Counseling Services Location: Chicago, IL 60634 Schedule: Monday–Friday, flexible hours | Full-Time Salary: $55,000–$58,000 , depending on qualifications Recent graduates are welcome to apply! Position Youth Outreach Services is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Clinical Counselor to support youth and families experiencing mental and behavioral health challenges. Reporting to the Program Manager, this role provides individual, group, and family counseling, develops treatment plans, and conducts home or school visits as needed. Responsibilities Provide individual, group, and family therapy to youth and their families. Develop, monitor, and update client treatment plans. Conduct home or school visits when appropriate. Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure high-quality care. Qualifications Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field (required). Preferred license: LPC, LSW, or AMFT. Experience working with adolescents in a counseling or clinical setting. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (insurance required).
