Support Staff

We are seeking hard working individuals to join our team as a Support Staff here at Bourbon & Branch. Candidate must have strong communication skills, organized, enforce policies and procedure, positive attitude/energy and strong understanding of the bar/restaurant industry.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers’ tables rapidly and accurately
• Food Running/Busser/Bar Back
• Act as the contact point between Front of the House and Back of the House staff
• Assist the wait staff with table setting by fetching and placing appropriate tableware, eating utensils and napkins
• Ensure food is served in accordance with safety standards (e.g. proper temperature)
• Helping the team by bussing tables, cutting fruit, preparing bar garnishes, etc. 
• Set up/break down of the bars
• DOH standards practiced and enforced

Skills/Experience:

• Understanding of hygiene and food safety rules
• Organizing kitchen tickets to efficiently and accurately send food to guests
• Physical ability to carry heavy trays
• Availability to work various shifts, including weekends
• Multi-tasking abilities
• Good oral communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced work environment
