Associate Sales Representative, Joint Replacement - West Dallas

Associate Sales Representative position supporting joint replacement product sales in the Dallas area. The role involves case coverage, product evaluations in surgical and office settings, territory development, and customer relationship building while developing sales skills under mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales Representatives in promoting and selling joint replacement products to healthcare facilities
• Conduct product evaluations and demonstrations in operating rooms and office-based settings
• Track territory progress, manage sample inventory, and communicate updates to sales team
• Provide technical troubleshooting and staff education at customer sites
• Maintain on-call availability for urgent customer support needs across evenings, weekends, and holidays

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree OR Associate's degree with medical certification and 2+ years related experience
• High school diploma with 4+ years related experience OR 4+ years active-duty military service
• Valid driver's license and fluency in written and spoken English
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds
• Medical field or B2B sales experience preferred
• Team leadership experience or sales/marketing internship background preferred

Compensation: $65,000-$85,000 base salary plus bonus eligible
