You'll thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while helping deliver solutions that exceed member and staff expectations and support the credit union's digital channels.As a CoVantage team member, you'll receive a 401k employer match of up to 200%, a bonus of annual salary up to 4%, a generous employer HSA contribution, and paid time off for community service.Job DutiesDevelop and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on functional and non-functional requirementsExecute manual and automated test cases; identify, document, and track defects using defect-tracking toolsCollaborate with developers and business stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of issuesParticipate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements definition, testing, and release managementApply appropriate QA approaches across Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall development methodologiesLead, mentor, and support QA team members and other staff involved in quality assuranceContribute to the development and continuous improvement of QA standards, processes, and methodologiesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experienceMinimum of two years of experience in software quality assuranceExperience with multiple testing types, including functional, non-functional, system, user acceptance, regression, and integration testingStrong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall development methodologiesExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skillsMust be bondableEqual Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
