In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of device characterization, automated testing, and engineering analysis to help advance next-generation semiconductor products and technologies.You’ll collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to perform electrical characterization, develop and improve parametric measurement methods, analyze device behavior, troubleshoot complex test issues, and support product development and reliability initiatives.
