Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

We are seeking two dedicated OTs for onsite positions for the 2026-2027 school year. This is a contract opportunity working with a K-12 caseload of up to 30 students, requiring a commitment of 37.5 hours per week.

As a valued member of the team, you will:

Qualifications & Experience

• Hold current WA Occupational Therapist licensure/certification
• Meet fingerprinting requirements through OSPI (Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction)
• Possess strong communication and collaboration skills
• Previous experience in school settings and with a K-12 caseload preferred
• Ability to adapt to diverse needs and provide tailored therapeutic interventions

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to support students’ educational goals
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Work directly with students, staff, and families to maximize student independence and functional performance
• Monitor student progress, maintain detailed documentation, and participate in IEP meetings
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
• Deliver services exclusively onsite within the school district
