Role Overview The ServiceNow Creative Brand & Strategy team is a passionate team of creative thinkers and doers, responsible for shaping the future of the ServiceNow brand. We’re looking for a Campaign Art Director with a history of creating award‑winning work across touch‑points and media types. What You Will Do You’ll partner with other creatives and a world‑class cross‑functional team to create work that transcends the category, helping build a defining brand – and the defining enterprise software company – of the 21st century. Requirements 8+ years of experience as an Art Director at in‑house or at a top‑tier creative agency, with a portfolio that includes work for modern technology brands. Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision‑making, or problem‑solving. Strong background in concept and art direction with fluency across channels – digital, social, film, print, and more. Expert in industry‑standard design and collaboration tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.
