Regional Sales Manager

Job Description Job Description Description: The Regional Sales Manager owns sales performance for a defined GCS region, spanning new equipment, aftermarket parts, and service, and is accountable for meeting or exceeding assigned regional revenue and margin targets. This role leads a team of Compressor Aftermarket Field Sales representatives and represents GCS with key operators and midstream companies across the territory. Essential Duties & Responsibilities * Meet or exceed assigned revenue and margin targets for the region. * Lead, coach, and develop a team of Compressor Aftermarket Field Sales representatives within the region. * Build and manage relationships with regional operators, midstream companies, and channel/dealer partners; navigate between influencers and decision makers. * Develop and execute a territory sales plan aligned to GCS's broader growth strategy. * Partner with Instrumentation & Automation Sales and GCS
