Client Success Specialist

Location: Boise, ID hybrid Pay $26/hr-$27/hr W2 6 month contract

We're seeking a relationship-driven Customer Success Specialist to join our team and partner with a portfolio of existing clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building long-term relationships, providing strategic business guidance, and identifying opportunities to expand client partnerships while delivering an exceptional customer experience. What You'll Do

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with assigned client accounts.
• Learn each client's business, industry, and strategic goals to identify opportunities where additional solutions can provide value.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for your clients, ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the relationship.
• Conduct business reviews and present data-driven recommendations to help clients maximize the value of existing solutions.
• Educate customers on best practices, new capabilities, and available services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing business and achieve annual revenue growth within assigned accounts.
• Develop proposals, deliver presentations, respond to client requests, and negotiate pricing and contract terms.
• Gather customer feedback and serve as the voice of the customer by partnering with internal teams to improve products and services.

What We're Looking For

• 4–6+ years of experience in: Account Management, Client Success, Customer Success, Business Development, Strategic Account Management
• Experience managing and growing existing client relationships.
• Strong consultative selling and relationship management skills.
• Experience conducting client presentations, business reviews, and executive-level meetings.
• Proven ability to identify opportunities to increase account value and drive revenue growth.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client relationships in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience selling or supporting SaaS, software, technology, data, or business solutions. Experience managing enterprise or strategic accounts. Bachelor's degree preferred.
