* Not open to sponsorship or third parties * Here’s what you’ll be doing: Serving as the dedicated customer success expert for a pivotal payments product. Leading the ongoing support of customers as they migrate onto the payments product, ensuring their needs and priorities are consistently met. Guiding customers through technical processes like adjusting rules and interpreting usage reports. Maintaining strong customer relationships by consistently assessing needs and prioritizing them to drive success. Here’s what our ideal candidate has: 3+ years of direct, hands‑on experience working with and prioritizing customer needs in a service capacity. Demonstrated technical acumen and aptitude for working with cloud-based systems and interpreting reports (e.g., usage and performance). Strong proficiency with standard office tools, including Google Workspace and Microsoft Office/365. A proven ability to quickly learn a product with technical depth and translate that knowledge into customer success.
