About the Job

We are seeking a proactive, empathetic, and tech-savvy Customer Support Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, helping them navigate inquiries, resolve issues, and access our products and services efficiently.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, providing excellent service, and supporting clients in a fast-paced environment. Youll gain valuable experience in customer relations, technical support, order processing, and account management, creating a foundation for growth into roles like Customer Success Manager, Account Coordinator, or Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate product, service, and order information to customers.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate complex concerns when needed.
• Assist with order processing, tracking, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Technical teams to support customer needs.
• Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service quality.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and successful issue resolution.
• Contribute to the development of FAQs, guides, and knowledge-base content.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelors degree preferred).
• 13 years of experience in customer service, support, or related roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and provide timely follow-ups.

Bonus Points

• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
• Familiarity with industrial equipment, manufacturing, or B2B products.
• Previous experience in order processing or account support.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Multilingual abilities to support diverse customer bases.

Salary/Compensation: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
