divh2Injection Molding Process Technician/h2pWe are currently seeking a permanent, full-time Injection Molding Process Technician for 3rd Shift (10PM-6AM) at our Arlington, TX facility./ppGeneral Job Duties:/pulliBasic troubleshooting of molding defects (flash, short shots, color contamination, etc.)/liliBasic troubleshooting of IMM/liliPerform color changes to production needs/liliAccurately record process parameters on audit sheets and/or first piece sheets/liliCommunicate with quality techs and IMM operator regarding any defects/liliInspect parts hourly for defects, mislabeling, and/or missing components/liliMaintain cycle standards and molding conditions of assigned presses/liliNotify the supervisor of any quality and/or molding problems/liliPerform startup and shut down procedures of molding presses/liliCheck equipment for repairs and problems, notify supervisor and/or maintenance when they occur/liliHelp maintain housekeeping and appearance of the assigned IMM areas/liliAssist in mold changes when required/liliRepair or assist with water leaks when required/liliPerform basic TPM on tools/molds as needed/liliPerform related duties as assigned by the lead person, supervisor, and/or department manager/liliMust be available to work overtime when needed/liliPerform other duties as assigned./li/ulpEducation Requirements:/pulliHigh school diploma or GED, skilled trades education a plus/li/ulpWe want to talk to you if you have:/pululli1 to 4 years of experience in Injection Molding operations or related technical experience/liliGood organizational skills and ability to work under pressure/liliAbility to follow both written and verbal instructions/liliAbility to follow safe work procedures and wear personal protective equipment at all times as required/liliMust be certified to operate a crane/hoist/liliAbility to work with minimum to no supervision/li/ul/ulpPhysical Demands:/ppMust be able to stand on feet and/or sit 8-12 hours a day and lift to 50lbs on an occasional basis and 15 lbs regularly.
