Allied Health Professional // Phlebotomist Onsite Local Contract Starts 7/20/2026 Job Details Location: Titusville FL Duration: 3 Months Shift/Time Zone: Schedule Tuesday – Friday 6:00am – 2:30pm and Every Saturday 6:00am – 12:00pm EST Responsibilities The PSR I draws quality blood samples from patients and prepares those specimens for lab testing while following established practices and procedures. Creates an atmosphere of trust and confidence while explaining procedures to patients and drawing blood specimens in a skillful, safe and accurate manner. Demonstrates Leadership Behaviors while focusing on process excellence and sensitivity to confidentiality and accuracy of patient information. Under the direction of the area supervisor, performs daily activities accurately and on time. Maintains a safe and professional environment. Performs forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing duties following established practices and procedures. Maintains required records and documentation. Demonstrates organizational commitment and promotes a positive image to patients, clients, employees and the public. Requirements Ability to provide quality, error‑free work in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to work independently with minimal on‑site supervision. Excellent phlebotomy skills including pediatric and geriatric. Flexible and available based on staffing needs, including weekends, holidays, on‑call and overtime. Must have own reliable transportation for worksite; cannot rely on bus, Uber, rideshare. Must be available to work whenever scheduled, be on time, and stay for the entire shift. Excessive absenteeism/tardiness is not tolerated and may be cause for termination. Candidates must list home city/commute time; within 20‑25 minutes to site. Required Education High school diploma or equivalent (required). Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred. Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in California, Nevada, and Washington). Experience Minimum of 6 months experience (required). One or more years of phlebotomy experience preferred. Customer service in a retail or service environment preferred. Keyboard/data entry experience required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
