Surgical Account Manager - Northern MN

Medtronic seeks a Surgical Account Manager to drive surgeon demand across the surgical portfolio in Northern Minnesota. This field-based role requires managing customer relationships, executing strategic sales plans, and optimizing contracts to expand market adoption in the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Drive surgeon demand across Surgical Center of Technology portfolio including stapling, energy, suture, and electrosurgery
• Develop and execute account-level contractual strategies and optimize contract categories
• Lead quarterly customer business reviews to evaluate performance and identify growth opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with key clinical and administrative stakeholders and Key Opinion Leaders
• Support field distribution partnerships and maximize partnership programs to increase market share

Requirements

• High school diploma plus 6+ years medical device, healthcare, or life sciences sales experience
• OR Associate's degree plus 4+ years relevant sales or clinical experience
• OR Bachelor's degree plus 2+ years relevant experience
• Valid driver's license and ability to reside within 50 miles of Northern MN territory
• Proven sales track record in medical device or healthcare industry, preferably operating room environment
• Strong clinical environment knowledge and ability to communicate complex product information
• CRM software proficiency (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite competency
