Location of position: Davie, FL.Job DutiesAs our Key Account Manager – Marine, you will build strong customer relationships and drive profitable growth within assigned marine accounts. The role will create and execute customer plans while identifying opportunities and coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions. You’ll also exist to enhance customer value, manage risks, and support KONE’s overall Marine business strategy.You will bring progressive and successful 3+ years in sales or sales management withing a matrixed organization to KONE. You will use the knowledge gained through your bachelor’s degree or equivalent.Other Listed DutiesManage strategic customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and ongoing business growth.Develop and execute customer account plans while maintaining accurate customer data, reporting, and contract information.Create and pursue sales opportunities, value propositions, and growth initiatives aligned with customer needs.Coordinate cross-functional teams to support account objectives, customer agreements, and operational execution.Conduct regular customer site visits and relationship reviews to identify risks, resolve issues, and strengthen partnerships.About KONEAt KONE, we foster an innovative and collaborative culture, valuing each individual's contribution.
